On what parameters are you comparing the two? If it's with regard to career, then Salesforce is extensive and gives you a high degree of customization. Though it has a learning curve, there is an active salesforce developer community that can help you learn and develop your skills to grow your career. It has a much bigger market share than any of its competitors and easily way ahead as per analyst reports. Moreover, it is completely built on the cloud. Also, salesforce developers and admins get paid very well.
Microsoft CRM is relatively new but picking up speed as the company continues to invest in the Microsoft ecosystem. Most customers who are heavily invested in Microsoft tend to use Microsoft Dynamics and related tools.
