I am an actor and acting coach for screen and camera. I train students based on their specific need to develop a character or an audition and also to enhance their general skill. I am trained in the pedagogy of the french Maestro Jacques Lecoq. My acting training includes a mix of modern European techniques and ancient practice of Natya Shastra. I have been coaching since 2013. I have also been an actor for stage and screens for over 20 years.

I have been into sports, yoga and various form of movement trainings since last 25 years. Rigorous body work to portion control in food - have been my life. I birthed a child, got injuries and went through several bodily changes. And over the years, I realised that the things we talk less about are the important ones - when it comes to body. Although, shapes and sizes are the centre of fitness talks - they become secondary while living a life. They should be. Mobility and alignment are much more important than shapes and sizes, loving the body is always greater than shaping it. Focused to meet your individual need, I shall share my work out sessions with you, on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of the week. Size matter not is our motto, embracing self love through mobility training is our mission. Shape and size are the by-products of the process that will follow anyway. I look forward to your participation.
