To make English fluent, you need to read, think, speak and listen in English only.
Our mind thinks alot in a day, and we generally speak out what we think so try to think in English and speak it out on English only.
When you are at home where you do not have a buddy to speak in Englis, you can try to name every object in your daily communication in English.
It is a vital step to make English communication fluent.
Also, you can practice "extempore". You need to stand in front of the mirror and speak any of your life experience or daily happenings in English nonstop or without any halt for 2 to 5 minutes.
We also face challenges to speak English fluently in fear of speaking it wrong, so you need to read English books to make your vocabulary secure.
Also, we face challenges in English pronunciation and English accent. So you need to listen to English songs and watch English movies in English only with subtitles.
Make these four rule your daily habit, and I can assure that within 3-6 months, your English will become more fluent.

We do not use to conversate in English at home, as many of our family members do not understand this. So I would suggest you use the name of any object in your conversation in English. Slowly form small sentences in your daily conversation and to make it more fluent you need to practice "extempore".
