"I as a trainee of TCS underwent through an extensive 2 and a half months training for communication and soft skills by Shalni Deo The training had mixture of Lectures,presentation, activities, writing assignments,tests,worksheets, mock interviews and role plays I learnt communication skills,English language,public speaking, presentation,team work, group discussions I became confident,assertive, Goal oriented and presentable. For this the credit goes to our trainer Shalni Deo Before going through this training I was not able to speak a word in English in front of a person but by going through this training now i can speak English, make presentation and i can deliver speech before a big group of people. Again i would like to thank my trainer Shalni Deo Overall the experience about the training was interactive and astonishing The trainer was peerless and commendable and we all trainees miss our trainer here in our native land "

"I namely Naser ul islam as a trainee of TCS underwent a training of two and half month training under the trainer shalini Deo .I learnt a lot of things in the service and professional way ,such as communication skill ,behavioural skill ,team work ,cooperation coordication and also how to learn new things. In the service and behavioural I liked . Good communication ,polite way,behaviour skills,team spirit ,cooperation ,punctuality ,dedication ,and also quick learning. So far as rating is concern I rated shalini Deo as full professional trainer because she has all such qualities which one's professional has .such as good communication skill ,behaviour skill ,other qualities such as punctuality dedication ,team spirit ,engerized ,and many more qualities.I noticed all these qualities in the shalini deo.. Effective English communication program

"I always worried about my English. I was not so good at verbal as well as non-verbal communication. So everywhere I faced problem. "Mam started teaching me when i was in class 11 for my 12th ISC examination. My subjects were political science, sociology, English language, English literature, Hindi. She continued teaching me when i started my college and is still my teacher for physiology, human development, parenting, psychology, extension education, and family stress. I would like to recommend her to as many students and other occupation forces as her way of teaching is simple and brief, I got to learn many things from her and her personal experiences. "Hmmm...to be vry honest don't knw Whr to start. ..to start writing for her as a teacher would be appropriate or to start writing for her a sister would be more appropriate. A perfect teacher,a humble n caring sister and a Lil strict guardian is what I would define her. I remember Whn i first joined her classes it was nov 2012 Whn almost all doors were closed for me As I was new girl in the city having less knowledge about ppl n place, Whn no body was ready to coach me for my bsc tutions as it was almost the end of the semester Shalini teacher was the one to take me in. She made sure she just dint gv me just the training for my papers but helped me increase my knowledge about the subject very clearly n easily Her teaching techniques were so friendly that I guess no student would get bored in the class Whn she is teaching ( with Lil Jokes and Lil mast is what I meant!!!! Hahaha) Since the beginning till the time I was der ahe always pushed me for my better. To be very honest such a teacher of a rare caliber is really hard to found n to cherish her in your life n memories is the best way of respecting her and loving her. "For a lawyer like me, the most important skill is the command over English language, both written and oral. My skills in language were limited and I lacked the confidence to argue in courts, negotiate deals and even interact with clients. Probably the best decision of my life was to find Shalini Ma'am through UrbanPro.
