Read a paragraph aloud with the correct pronunciation and pauses. Record yourself and analyse your rate of speech. Track your progress every week. It would also help to watch a video on YouTube of spoken English and pause after every sentence and repeat what is said to perfect how you say it. Loads of practice will help.
