IdentityI love teaching and I hail from a family where mostly people are teachers or professors in reputed institutions.So resources supplied never fall short.I believe in a holistic approach towards teaching and not just feeding data without a profound understanding of the subject.I am used to teaching students of all kinds and I suit myself to them individually as required.I donot maintain any rigid process of teaching,I flex myself to necessities as when required.For the better of the student I follow: 1.taking mock exams every week without fail.This keeps him/her in practise with variety and board questions.Questions are given from tougher books and last years or other school questions but keeping in mind how much the student can take in.
2.friendly interaction regarding studies but little strict when it needs to be.
3.close,trusting and thorough interaction with parents giving them the scope to discuss everything with me and keeping my teaching progress transparent.
4.Good result is always guaranteed without fail.Till now in my five years, I have always substantiated that.
