I am at present principal of Montessori school,having classes from play group to kg. Looking forward for increasing classes till iv std.multitasking woman,soft skill trainer, business communicator,giving personality development and grooming classes to homemakers, school children,business professionals and office goers .I have a institute in Howrah where all these classes are held and also planning to start in new park haltu kasba.My students come from rural area as well as from urban area.they are not at all conversant in English and outlook is very shabby so I have to ingrain them with the sense of best dressing and to talk appropriately in English which is the need of the day without this language. They finally identify the best and proceed.thus at the end they are groomed in all aspects.we play a quizzing game where each aspect is taken into consideration and students become bubbly and ready to participate in all activity.those students who want to face the interview session they enroll in communicative skills training. The participants are also trained in Audiovisual aspects as well. At last when they are able to understand the nitty.gritty aspects of the language one of the leader is asked to.carry.on the task so that a comfort zone is created between each other and they feel free to discuss with each Other. Once they complete the course they practice speaking and writing so that they can freely test their capabilities. I have two centres one in Howrah and Kolkata.
