My first experience as a teacher was very exciting and a bit challenging. I spent four weeks in a child protection agency, observing, teaching lessons, and working small group of pupils. This has given me a valuable insight into a many important issues related to teaching. I have learned a lot about myself. The student teaching experience allowed me to put everything that I have learned about education into action. During my student teaching, my supervisor guided me along and helped me the kind of teacher that I want to be. The most important thing I learned during student teaching is to be confident. In my first teaching session I was a little shy with my students, even while presenting them information. After my first teaching session, I was more comfortable in front of my students. Once I improved my confidence in the class, I had more comfortable with teaching, and my students had more fun and comfortable as well. Respect for myself and my students ties into this as well, and is closely related to the relationships with my students.

Spirituality should not be based on sentiments but should be based on philosophical understanding. Many people carry a wrong notion that merely by visiting holy places or by donating money in temples they will come closer to God. But the fact lies elsewhere. The most important aspect of devotional life is purification of heart because with our impure hearts we won’t be able to understand God. We sometimes witness unsavory scenes in holy places and within the premises of the temples because many people do not understand even the basic tenets of devotional life. The holy places like Vrindavan, Mayapur, Jagannath Puri are abodes of God but we do not have access to it because these places are covered by Yogamaya, Krishna’s internal potency. So, although we may go there but we may not experience divine bliss if we do not have the right attitude and loving devotion for Lord.

Yes there is difference.
Spirituality aims in recognizing the eternal and transcendental Spirit Soul i.e. Parmatma within us through the process of Self-realization which is acheived by the process of Naamjapa or Chanting of holy names.
Since the material world is temporary having material miseries of repeated birth and death in every species and also the illusory energy Maya which is one of the many energies of the Supreme Lord that makes Jivatma forgetful to know about Supreme Lord Krishna because of Jivatma’s own Karmic actions and false ego.
