How many levels are there to the Reiki training and how long does the entire training take?

4 levels are there. They are 1st level, 2nd level, 3rd level is master level and finally grandmaster level....apart from this many other levels you may get but they are not geniun

How spirituality and mind are related?

Mind is a part of soul... to experience deep into spirituality mind needs to be stable. In spiritual practice we recieve lots of positive energy from Almighty which can't be done properly if our mind is not in proper condition
