I have learnt yoga from Raj Divine Life Institute. It was a great experience learning from there. When I started doing yoga, I was obese. The society where I live used to mock me for being fat. I used to watch Ramdev Baba's yoga videos on YouTube and follow Sadhguru Ji's advice on YouTube. This is what motivated me to join yoga. I had learnt yoga in different forms. I also know different styles of yoga.
