"Before joining her class I can't speak in Bengali. But after taking her class now I can speak in Bengali. She is so friendly, an excellent teacher and always try to solve our problems. "Pathetic. 1. Deceitful, will ask you to write a review the very second day, so you'll write only positive in pressure of losing quality or your advance if you write something honest, so the other reviews you see here are not trustworthy. 2. No professionalism on timing, will change the class time last minute and if you miss, will mark it as done anyway. 3. No professionalism, will tell you for video/skype calls before you pay, but will switch to audio or regular phone call, it is not easy to understand a new language over audio, plus will take other calls during your call keeping you on hold. 4. When I humbly objected to this, she said "I didn't get student like you ever my 7 years teaching", so you're supposed to not say anything even after you pay, full, in advance. 5. Will take only half hour of class, will keep her own pace even if you want to learn more, and will sometimes try to repeat the class that's already done. If you want to increase the pace, she will not let you. That's what happens when an 'online' class goes wrong. You cant ask for refund, you cant ask to increase pace, you write the positive review during the beginning of the classes, you miss the classes because of no fault of yours yet the classes keep getting marked as done, you get ditched on professionalism. "
