IdentityI am a passionate teacher as I aim in building a tough competitor rather just solving a bookish problem. I believe in SWOT where students themselves explore their Strengths and Weaknesses and I enlighten them with their Opportunities and Threats. I believe Teaching Is next to GOD where we can educate and tame the creation of GOD as humans.This is what I love about teaching.
"Believing in yourself" is the most powerful sword in teaching and learning process.
To encourage in positive thinking, personal development, grooming, and goal orientation is the main objective of my teaching be it any age group.
Classes 1-4 are beginners.They are not focused but they are energetic and innovative.They explore more enthusiastically and needs a preferred direction to reach the destination.Class 5-8 are a variety of talents with positive and negative energy in them. Shapes have been formed but reformation to some extent is acceptable.Class 9 and above have already taken shapes in various forms where reformations are very tough but finishing touch can be done.
I have got the opportunity to interact and teach various students. My success rate has been 90% till now and I every time try to learn and explore new ways in teaching where I can increase my success rate.
I have been given the opportunity to teach MBA students as a guest faculty during my MBA classes. Later I bagged a Corporate Job but there also I was deputed several times as a trainer apart from my job profile. I have a flare in teaching and so I never discontinued my tuition classes despite of being a corporate worker.
'"Students are the future of their countries and it counts in whose hands they are Reaped and Grown " I have promised myself to make those hands stronger so that they can take the charge of their countries in the future.
