Nitin Grewal

I am research scholar(PhD) currently pursuing my degree in earthquake seismology from IIT Kharagpur. I completed my graduation (B.Sc. (H) Physics) from Hindu college in 2011 and my masters (M.Sc. Tech. Applied Geophysics) from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad in 2015. After then I joined IIT Kharagpur in 2015 for indulging in research. I have a great interest in mathematical and computational problems from my graduation days, and now also my research work is oriented towards that. Mathematics is something which attracts me naturally towards it, and I have always loved learning it and helping other people in understanding the fundamental concepts of mathematics in a unique and fun way. Apart from that I also have a great interest in Physics also as one can see from my graduation profile which is based on that. I have a firm belief that with proper methodology any subject can be made exciting and easy to understand. Also, I have tried this myself during my college days by teaching a few students and was quite successful in helping them build an excellent conceptual foundation of the subjects(mathematics and physics) and later on making them learn even the tougher topics with quite an ease.
