Don't be afraid of making mistake.
Read an English daily, try to tell the news to someone else in ENGLISH.
Read short stories and write very small points / comments. Try to speak your thoughts as if you are telling it in front of the audience.
Try to converse in English with your close one, friends, then others.
Be open to accept your mistakes and rectify it.
Read newspapers/stories and watch some easy but good videos/movies in English.

It's afferent neuron and efferent neuron.
While afferent neurons are responsible for RECEIVING signals or stimuli from our sensory organs and transferring it to CNS(Central Nervous system), efferent neurons function in exactly opposite way i.e response is carried from CNS to sensory organs.
So, they work together to complete the circle of stimuli and response and thus proper functioning of both are a must.
