IdentityI have total 32 years of teaching Experience in school. I have taught English, Social science,and Environmental Science. As a deputy headmistress of a school i have developed the following skills during my tenure:
1) Communication skills
2) Soft Skills
3) Taking Interviews
4) leadership qualities.
5) Spoken English.
6)Creative Writing.
As a teacher for about fifteen years i used to conduct Inter House activities such as debates, Quiz and Extempore speeches. I have trained students in these areas. I also have choreographed Musical drills in school for various occasions such as Independence Day, Republic Day,School Annual Sports.
I love travelling and in my opinion there is no better way to enhance our knowledge than travelling. It is indeed " seeing is believing".
Writing articles for the school magazine and for the students is also my hobby. I have written several articles in the interest of students and teachers such as on Emotional development, Erosion of our values today,The need for Discipline in our lives, On Spiritual Quotient and why is it necessary.
I have also authored one book for the teachers. The name of the book is " Step Up for Excellence" (Yet to be published)
I am of ardent believer that Quality of our performance solely lies in Good Health. I am a good sportswomen. I used to play Throw ball,Basketball, Kho Kho, Table Tennis. I encourage sports and physical exercises amongst our students.
I also value development of Moral Values to preserve Humanity.
