Overview

Learning should be fun, engaging and addictive. It shouldn't feel like a drag. Instead it should keep you wanting for more. And I can teach you how to do that.
I believe that learning is not preparing for a journey. It is a journey! The best way to learn something is to be able to perceive it with at least one of our senses. The more, the merrier.
I have been teaching for nearly 10 years. Also playing the guitar for the same number of years. My association with teaching can be directly traced back from my family. Playing the guitar, on the other hand, came as a hobby while I was in school. My love for music is as old as me though.
My academic background is as versatile as me. I am a Science student with a bachelor degree in English and a post graduation diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications. I am a qualified RGT Trainer I have passed my Grade 6 in 2020 with distinction and currently preparing for Grade 8 for London College of Music Examinations

Teaching Experience in detail in Guitar Classes

Teaching and music are two of the things which I accidentally inherited from my family. As of 2020, I have been playing the guitar for nearly 14 years and teaching music/guitar for more than 7 years. As for my musical qualifications, due to popular demand of my patrons, I have recently taken to grade exams. I have qualified my Grade 6 from London College of Music this year with distinction and probably by the end of 2021, I'll complete my Grade 8. As not all sizes fit everyone, it is an injustice to push everyone into the same curriculum. I have always been interested in pushing and guiding my students in realizing their own musical aspirations. I teach the bare minimum that you need to play most techniques on the guitar then I delve into what you wish to learn. This method to be extremely fruitful and effective for most guitarists no matter where you are in your musical journey. When I am not teaching, I am mostly composing, writing songs and recording them. You can also learn from my singer-songwriter side if you are interested in that sort of thing too. I also enjoy travelling, reading books and cycling.

Strumming can be challenging for beginners because it demands you to anticipate the next beat, which is the standard process for musicians to maintain time while playing/singing. Once that's done, clap out different rhythmic phrases and while playing also count the beats where you aren't strumming.

Yamaha obviously has better sounding instruments in the entry-level.

Why strumming is so much difficult?

Well, all good things are. But I can tell you, its worth it. Try playing just on the 1st and 3rd downbeat to begin with.
