As you mentioned, you had done an MBA in HR and digital marketing so you should capitalize on that as knowing SAP while you are an HR is not that relevant. It depends what you want to do throughout your entire work life as we can become expert in one field at a time, I am not an expert or anything like that, but this is what I feel.

As PP Ltd. Is engaged in share brokerage, so shares are current assets for them and so related to their operations, so it will come under Operating activity. On the other hand, GG Ltd.'s main activity is Mfg. Of packaged food, so it is purchasing of shares is not their core or operational activity but investment for them so it will be shown under Investment activity.
