Arghadeep Kuti

I am a teacher/educator presently teaching in an ICSE School and have been involved in the teaching-learning field for more than nine years (Tutor home tuition/Online Tuition). Ever since high school, I have been drawn to the art of imparting knowledge. I want to offer the same to the younger generation. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Ancient Indian and World History from the University of Calcutta, followed by a Master's in Ancient Indian History from the same University. I have also completed a B.Ed in Social Sciences from WBUTTEPA. My teaching philosophy revolves around creating an inclusive, interactive, and engaging learning environment. Education should be learner-centred, and I strive to empower my students to take an active role in their learning process. I use formative and summative assessments to determine student understanding. This includes oral quizzes and written tests. I use multimedia presentations to make my lessons more engaging. For reluctant learners, I connect the material to their interests or real-world applications. I am passionate about community outreach and would love to take initiatives that strengthen the school-community bond.
