Which is the most suitable method that helps in classroom for concept development?

Discussing the subject with peers in the class is the best way to improve your concepts. The more you encourage group discussions and brainstorming the more in-depth knowledge you acquire.

How to improve on vocab?

For improving on vocabulary read more sometimes books not prescribed in the syllabus. Read storybooks, newspapers regularly. Keep a pocket dictionary and look up new words and always try to use the new word learnt. Learning the usage of a new word is essential.
