Hi Syeda,
You have mentioned that you can speak, though not fluently. If it is that your lines are grammatical and you fumble for words often, then the area that needs most of your attention is vocabulary building. For this, you may rely on novels as well as movies with subtitles.
It will help you to move in the right direction; however, to acquire fluency and hone your language skills, extensive practice is required.
If possible, befriend a few native speakers as well.
Best wishes!

Hi Susheel,
MTI stands for Mother Tongue Influence.
As the term suggests, it refers to the way our mother tongue ( Hindi, Bengali, etc.) influences your pronunciation while you converse in English.
A multipronged approach will help you the best to overcome MTI.
1. Learn basic phonetics. There are a plethora of YouTube videos to help you in this area.
2. You correct your pronunciation of the frequently used words. This way, MTI won't be that much prominent. Gradually, you can widen the range of words you work on.
3. Work towards accent neutralization.
4. If you want an accent closer to that of a native speaker, you will have to imitate them.
