"Finding a tutor that can teach is really difficult, and then when you add the requirements of being kind, patient, and encouraging to the list, it seems that you have an impossible task. I was faced with retaking business calculus, and was terrified. I looked and checked into many tutors - many were just "kids" who'd already passed calculus and now thought they could tell someone else how to pass. This might work for some students, but I really needed an instructor, and I was so very lucky to find Shafeek. He took time to make sure that I had all the formulas understood and the rules learned. He showed me different ways to approach equations, and even after retelling me 100 times, He was still kind and understanding. I would gladly recommend Shafeek to any student looking for help learning. He is amazing. If I come across another type of math that I need help with, I will call him again. He was professional and punctual. In addition, if you have last minute question or test anxiety (like I do), he takes the time to work with that. I will say it again, He was amazing. "
