I would say that the organ is one of the hardest and most complicated instruments you could ever learn to play from scratch, if not the hardest. Not only have you got to overcome the challenge of coordination between the hands and feet, but you also have to cope with changes in registration, i.e. pulling out stops (or if you are fortunate enough to have these at your disposal, operating thumb pistons and toe pistons) and perhaps even opening and shutting expression pedals and swell pedals when your feet are not being otherwise engaged in playing notes on the pedals. read less

Using your left hand, place your pinky finger on the note F (You can find F by looking for the first white key to the left of a group of three black keys), your middle finger on the note A, and your thumb on the note C. Press down and play all three notes at the same time.
