I really enjoyed teaching, explaining complicated matters to my students. Their satisfaction with my explanation bring me peace. I am not willing to sell my teachings but want to spread knowledge and awareness among people who completely misjudge the whole academics system. I think whole country needs acknowledgement about what we study? ,why we study ? How should we choose our stream of study? <br/>Our education system need complete reconstruction. This could have happen only by spreading awareness about, how our education system should have been. It should focus on making people at their best version not craming parrots. <br/>When we people will feel the need of better education system then only this area would get attention. <br/>Best time to teach morals, behave, skill, deciplane, puntuality etc, is childhood. Attention to teacher is very much influencing at that perticular phase (high chances to acquire special skill or ability). Ofcourse we can learn anything at any age but this require higher degree of dedication, deciplane, punctuality, most importantly a strong and non declining will. As a teacher i found myself at very crucial social role, my thoughts, beliefs, expectation going to shape sombodies life, personality. I think every teacher must understand the cruciality of this profession. Must be responsible and careful about every action they do relation to their students.
