Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes
I have no formal experience of teaching English, but I have always been appreciated by my superiors, peers and juniors from various walks of life for my more than average prowess in writing and speaking, of the English language. I have work experience of more than 18 years in the Quality functions of the pharmaceutical industry, where part of the job profile was to train and teach new recruits, most of them were from non-English educational backgrounds and hence had to be taught English too.

Teaching Experience in detail in Photography
I have been pursuing DLSR photography since last ten years, travelling extensively across various parts of India. These trips have been with my peers and newbies met during treks and photography tours. I have also been assisting in photowalks across Mumbai for the past one year with THE PHOTOWORKS. In all these outings, I have helped out numerous people in enhancing their photography skills on a voluntary basis. I have taught DSLR photography for a year at Urbanpro and elsewhere and have created different courses in English, for different budget and aptitude requirements of students, in the form of recorded videos and online classes from Rs 800 to Rs 5000.

"I started the class on 9th April. It has been a great experience taking this class. It's very easy to understand. Every week, I have learnt more and more and it helps me to improve my speaking a lot. It's been a great learning experience. Thank you so much."

"This guy called me in the night at around 10 pm and was very rude during the conversation. I ask him not to call after 9 pm and he was fighting for something. I don't know how could this short tempered mam teach a fresher. Don't waste your money on this guy "

"Being a fresher, it was an amazing experience to work at Griffon Laboratories, where you taught analytical techniques in the lab. I certainly enjoyed your teaching style. You always made sure that everyone understands the subject and build conviction in the students to excel in their tasks. It was very nice to have a teacher like you to also improve my communication skills. The most important thing is that it's almost 12 years since I left Griffon Laboratories, but we still remained in touch and you still manage to advice and guide me in various aspects of life and I am not afraid to learn new things even today. Thank you sir for everything!. "

The paucity of time forces the applicants to think and act smart to get a higher score and succeed in the competitive exams. Our education system is flawed in that it doesn't test the knowledge of the applicant, instead it focuses on what one can regurgitate in a short span of time. So as the saying goes, " In Rome, do as the Roman's do", to succeed, one has to adopt strategies to succeed within the framework of the evaluation system.

The question is incorrect. The correct question will be, "Why is the letter R, not pronounced sometimes while speaking in English?" It becomes prudent to mention here that you cannot ask questions like these about silent letters; you have to accept them as it is. You will learn them by having somebody fluent in English, correct them or self-correct by learning the pronunciation from google.

For someone who wants to develop their vocabulary, most importantly, make a habit to state the word fully and not abbreviations or slang. Cultivate a habit to read at least one page of text which will expose you to new words. Find out its meaning and other information from the dictionary and study how you can incorporate it in your daily conversation. A printed dictionary or googling it will give you more information than an app. Most importantly, the pronunciation of the word is to be learnt as English is a funny language and words often do not sound as they seem to be (the word island, for example, is pronounced, "iland". Finally, spell the words fully and not in abbreviations, in all forms of written communication to remember the correct spelling.
