As a Subject Matter Expert, I have an experience of training new joiners in ESG domain. And after my work, I used to teach students at my home . One my student is pursuing MBBS from MGM college, one pursued ITI and got placed in CIL, 2 kids could clear their matriculation. I have also taken audit classes of B. com students and none of the students in the class of 12 failed. Since teaching couldn't be taken as a full time job back then, I did it after my corporate job!

I am fortunate that kids rely on me easily. I have taken tuition classes for pre nursery to 5th class students at my home for 4 years. I believe base is made during the initial years of studies and I have also tutored such students who have failed in either subjects and developed phobia for the same and now they are comfortable with the subject. Nursery KG kids are too curious about everything so I prefer answering their queries and hence developing interest for the subjects. I inculcate drawing and activities based studies so that they accept the subject and understand the whole process of studying. I have been doing this for 4 years and now I have decided to pursue this as a full time work so that I get to help more kids during their initial days of studies.
