I bring 13 years of experience in teaching yoga, specializing in Indian Traditional Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Core Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga Primary, Power Yoga, Meditations, and Pranayams (Breathing Exercises). I have worked as a Yoga Instructor at Sarkar Yog Academy for 4 years and have collaborated with various social organizations, including TARANG, ASMA, and YMCA, as a Choreographer for 3-5 years. In 2013, I worked as a Dance Instructor at Physical Health and Fitness in Hong Kong, and in 2017, I served as a Dance and Yoga Instructor at Rishu Yog in Hangzhou, China. Currently, I am offering personal yoga classes.
