Working is this field from last 5 years has promoted me to a certain level where I can help students to obtain their desired scores especially working on their weaknesses. I have worked in more than 2 firms at my own place under proper guidance and support of my mentors and seniors. Getting daily tasks and pressure helps me to learn every aspect of handling students with their flaws and guiding them on the right path that would become smart to complete their targets within a short period of time. Ielts IS a well recognised test in all over the world for those prospective students who want to get settled down in both countries like Australia, Canada, UK and so on. Initially, I was not familiar with this field as it helps to fulfil their dreams of going abroad. Later, with proper training of certain period in my first firm guides me to move ahead with extreme level of challenges thrown by the company to make me better. After a year, I started observing changes and making my own methods to handle my students problems bitterly and precisely. I got more aware of a teacher's duties and responsibilities not only towards their firm but for their tutees who are supposed to make their name in other countries. With approximately 5 years of experience, I started giving personal training at my home instead of spending whole time in the institute. I taught more than 10 students under my personal assistance to check my caliber and set up something of my own. It worked genuinely well and suddenly corona hit severely in all over the world that the entire businesses started setting up online to make the both ends meet.
