English learning is like Car driving, out of 3 things focus on each one by one. As in Car driving, 3 key controls are - Steering, Gear and ABC (near your legs).
Similarly these three correspond to Fluency (Steering), Grammar (Gear) and Vocabulary (ABC). If you foucs on all three together in car, it stops immediately, same is the case if you focus on making all three correct while speaking English, you are unable to move forward. So, like car driving first concentrate on Steering i.e. fluency or removing fear and once fear is removed go for Grammar & Vocabulary one by one.
