Parwinder J, I think the best way is first to learn how to frame sentences properly. I would suggest you listen to some of the short English videos and then try to write and speak the same in your language. Gradually with this, your subconscious mind will start thinking in English. Once you begin to framing small sentences in English, you will be able to speak the same also.
