Hello everyone , I want to ask you some questions - How can we improve our accent? What is the best method of practice? How long will it take to speak English in a standard Accent? Will it work out learning by ourselves without any Trainer? Expecting the best answers from an expert teacher.

Their are many online vedio for the same. You need to pay attention to syllable stress and phonetics,vowel and consonant sounds along with dipthongs needs to be practiced.

Give me some idea in reading. My reading is very poor and m going to give exam on 24 oct

You need to start with listening and observing various English channels and them improvise while reading.It will for sure help.All the best.
