Autocad has toolsets, generally if you go for a institute they only teach yoh 'Autocad'. Means basic autocad. But if you want to lead the crowd, you have to be advance than others... Everyone learn basic autocad. But if you are a mechanical engineer. You should go for 'Autocad Mechanical'... Similarly if you're a architecture or civil student who want to use it for plan creation, go for 'Autocad Architecture'. And similarly there are other modules. 'Autocad MEP'.. 'Autocad Electrical' and 'Autocad Plant 3D'. I am a mechanical engineer and i teach simple Autocad, Autocad Mechanical and Autocad Plant 3D. If you want to go in oil and gas,sewage water treatment or in any process engineering industry. Autocad plant 3d is enough to get you a good job. Autocad plant 3D is a advance module for plant and process engineering.I teach this software according to your need. The topics i can teach are. P&id tools, 3d plant modeling, managing catalogue, custom p&id symbol creation, custom equipment creation...and lot more.
