Basketball shoes can work for hip hop and Zumba dancing, but there are a few factors (  (Ankle Support, Cushioning, Grip) to consider before choosing them for these activities.
But better to go with shoes specifically designed for dance or cross-training, which tend to be lighter and more flexible, with the right balance of cushioning and grip for movement. However, if you’re comfortable with basketball shoes, they can still work as long as they meet your personal comfort and movement needs.

Basketball shoes can work for hip hop and Zumba dancing, but there are a few factors (  (Ankle Support, Cushioning, Grip) to consider before choosing them for these activities.
But better to go with shoes specifically designed for dance or cross-training, which tend to be lighter and more flexible, with the right balance of cushioning and grip for movement. However, if you’re comfortable with basketball shoes, they can still work as long as they meet your personal comfort and movement needs.
