.I have completed my research in Eng. Lit. entitled “A Critical Study Of Alienation And Affirmation In The Novels of Toni Morrison” and awarded with Doctor Of Philosophy(PH.D) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2017. Before that, I was working with ICICI Bank Ltd , for three years (2010-2013) as a Banking Officer and there I was handling different customers with different queries. After Ph.D, I started teaching as an Assistant Professor (English) in Guru Nanak College, Jabalpur. At Present, I am working with CPM college, as an Assistant Professor (English, code28) Now, I want to share my skills and experiences with the students of your college and due to my banking experience I'm hopefully able to understand the different mind state of different students and able to solve their queries. Also, I always motivate and help my students to take part in other activities such as Sports, Quiz, Competitions ,Cultural Events and . As a teacher, I always focus on overall personality grooming of my students and wish that they may get success in every stage of their lives. If we help them to shape their selves in right manner, definitely the future of our students will be bright and on the basis of my outer performances and my Inner strength , I assure you that I’ll always give my best to my students , my Institute, my colleagues, and all the persons surrounding me.
