Now coming to what you want to learn in SAP depends on what you want to do?
SAP Basis track is for the infra & admin while SAP ABAP is the programming part.
With cloud becoming a ubiquitous way of life, SAP on AWS is the intelligent choice.

Can we get more clarity? Are you a Fresher or an Experienced IT Professional.
For a Fresher, I don't recommend taking up Training in SAP Module.
There are more scope and Opportunities in other IT courses.
Business intelligence tools: Tableau, QlikSense
Cloud-Based Products: AWS, AZURE, Salesforce etc.
Or even Data Science
