Now which domain you are working? based on that you can take the decision, I will suggest you do training and certifications based on your domain expertise. If you are interested with coading then learn any coading language and try as a developper jobs, if you are much loving with testing then learn Manual Testing and any supporting tool.. try with testing jobs. As per my experience testing is best suitable for any non technical persons. Other than this if you are loving with make the websites or edit photos like that then learn web designing and with little coading .. Any way now you are decided to change the platform then think it take the decision carefully..What ever it first think yourself as what you are really loving to do, then make it as a carrier. You can opt for MSBI (Microsoft Business Intelligence). This is a tool based BI software which does not require the person to be good in coding. It supports SQL language.
As this is a Microsoft product, it is very user friendly and easy to grasp.
This application has 3 tools in it
SSIS- Integration tool/ ETL tool
SSAS- Analysis tool
SSRS- Reporting tool
MSBI also have a very good market stretch as the license is cheap than any other BI tool and hence lot of large scale and small scale companies uses it.
