While the temperature outside shoots up, there are many natural ways to make your interiors of your house cool. These are pocket-friendly, easy to do remedies during summer that you can opt for to reduce the temperature inside your house and feel a bit better. Ensure you do not open windows that bring in heat waves inside the house. Manage your electronic devices Lights, LEDs, television generate a heat that warms up the house. So during summer, try switching off heat generating electronic devices and maintain a little darkness inside the house prior to bedtime. This will reduce the temperature inside the house and add a feel good factor. A cold shower before bedtime Summer is not alone about managing the temperature around. You should also take care of your own body during the hot weather. Try taking a cold shower before you go to bed during summer. This will reduce your body temperature and you will feel better while sleeping at night. Manage your body heat Shower is of course not the only way to keep yourself calm. How about drinking some juice or shakes before going to bed? Some juicy fruits and light meals can also help to reduce body temperature during summer. Take these small steps and you will surely feel a little better during summer. White lime wash If you can white lime wash the floor of your terrace, it is said to bring down temperature of the house.
