Use bulk mode when there are no constraints, but you can't rollback things. Use normal mode if there are constraints and if you want to rollback. When we try to Run the mapping in Bulk mode it inserts or update the data in a bulk mode as the name suggest. When the mapping is in normal mode it goes one by one
