Er. Ruchi Arya teaches Operations Management and Human Resource subjects at the Shri Vaishnav School of Management and is an Assistant Professor.She did her MBA with Dual Specializations in Production Management and HR from Modern Institute of Professional Studies affiliated to DAVV Indore and BE in Electronics and Instrumentation from RGPV, Bhopal. She started her career as Assistant Professor in a Business School in Indore in the year 2015. Before that She worked in the Corporate for six months. Prior to joining Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth University, she worked as Assistant Professor in a Business school of LNCT Group in Indore. She has an excellent academic record. She has academic and industrial experience of more than 3.5 years . she has published research paper and case-study in national journal and international journal and presented papers in conference proceedings. Her interest areas include Operations Management, Operations Research, Social Psychology, Project Management and Total Quality Management ,Organizational Behavior, Statistics.
