I have been working with Worldpay, as an Engineer, for ATM Process- Managing connectivity of ATM’s with servers, handling communication failures, creating Process flow Knowledge Base, for the training to improve process knowledge with maximum utilization of available resources.
I have earlier worked with DXC as Professional 1 for the TCM process in DXC BPS. Since November 2016, I have been supporting the team in process learning and updating knowledge. My dedication towards work has made clients refer to me as a SME, and to support the team from the very first day after the training was completed.
