"One of the best yoga institute I've ever been. This is a really traditional yoga institute. They teach you not only asana but a lot of philosophy, which open a whole new way to understand what Yoga really is. A lot of techniques are taught that are really helpful to daily life, like kriyas, meditation, breathing, etc. I did my YTTC course and changed my life. I have done some other 200 hr yoga alliance courses, and practice yoga all over the world, but nothing compared with this institute. "
