I have an experience of 8 years as a tutor.
I generally deal with kids and students, depending on their grasping level.
I mostly try to interact with them in a friendly manner so that they can easily express their doubts with out any hesitation. This helps the student a lot.
I do less and let the student do more. Regularly I conduct tests to the student, if he is a slowlearner in a particular subject so that it creates a positive vibe. I will let the student know where they are going wrong and I ll help them to overcome it. I do teach maths, science, English, Telugu and subjects related to electrical engineering.
