As per your condition just start with simple loosening sukshma vyayama with slow breathing will help you in increasing your energy levels.Boosting up your immunity is more important at this levelthan start with meru dhanda series of asana( lumbar exercises) (step by step)gradually increase... ...more

As per your condition just start with simple loosening sukshma vyayama with slow breathing will help you in increasing your energy levels.Boosting up your immunity is more important at this levelthan start with meru dhanda series of asana( lumbar exercises) (step by step)gradually increase the retention in final position as days passes, there by you can strengthen your whole back , anuloma viloma pranayama and simple deep breathing 5-10 times as days .Initially kapalbhati is restricted for you but as you gradually start lumbar series than you can further go with 5- 10 strokes of kapalbhati .
