IdentityI have been in the field of management for more than 15 years, worked in start-ups and MNCs handling portfolio for many countries- India, UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Japan etc. I hold 3 Full-time Masters degrees- Physics from Pondicherry Central University (secured All India Rank- 1 and topper of the university, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool ( pursued with full scholarship) and MBA from Warwick Business School (designated as Warwick Scholar) and have been consistent in my academics. I have taught in some of the B-schools in India and UK ( Chennai Business School, TAPMI, Rajeswari Business School, University of Liverpool, Warwick Business School) as a guest lecturer. I love teaching and sharing of knowledge. I also train people with soft skills. I have certifications in Employment Laws for more than 10 countries, Compensation & Benefits, Digital Transformation, and high vocabulary in English. I am trained in AI, Six Sigma, Lean Management, Psychometric tools and others. I can speak five languages and can understand a few more.
Coming to my hobbies- I write articles, teach the English language to kids to grown-ups, love dancing and watching movies in different languages.
I am passionate about career counselling to prospective students, teaching English, mathematics, physics and sharing my experiences.
