Hello and namaste to all the beautiful people. My name is sukesh and i am a internationally certified yoga and mudra therapist and meditation coach based from Hyderabad. With an on going journey of teaching this beautiful and magical science since 1 year and the goal is to spread it to as many people in this lifetime and make their life's more beautiful. Apart from the physical aspect of yoga through asanas which is a must but the core area of focus of my sessions will be focused more on to the breath and mind through which a lot diseases can be eradicated fron the route cause as the mind plays major part in every ailment in our body. I am open to online,offline or home sessions.
