"The trainer was knowledge with the subject mater. The instructor led/interactive training helps in answering questions encountered in each sessions. The training handout and exercise materials could be better organized. They are not very helping for reviews at later times. The schedules were frequently changing due to various reasons, traveling, personal. It will be helpful if the changes were announced in advance than in last minutes. "

"I took servicenow training in SV Software Solutions. Saloni is a great trainer. If you really want to learn ServiceNow this is the best place to join. Saloni will never let you go with out doing assignments. She will pause the class until every one in the batch make sure they complete their assignments. She makes sure you are active in the class all the time even though it is online class. Srinivas is very cooperative and easily available on phone on whatsapp. He is very prompt in sharing the information. Overall I loved taking classes with saloni and srinivas. "
