IdentityI was first introduced to Yoga when I was 17. Since then my journey of yoga has started. I am now a certified Yoga Teacher from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. I follow Traditional Yoga of Patanjali Sutras and Hatha Yoga. I am well versed with the philosophy and the science of ancient Yoga. I am now very fond of the scriptures and practices of the then Yogis.I practice Hatha and Vinyasa flow and wish to get better at my practice every day. I am certified to teach kids, young adults and people suffering from ailments or psychosomatic diseases.
I also practise pranayama and mindful meditation and I can very well teach that. I can make my classes to be very intense, restorative, teach about breath regulation, importance of mindfulness and bring in alot of awareness to the mind & body. Prior to this, I was practising Power Yoga, Pilates (mat) and Strength Training.
