Iâ??d like to make a special mention of her personalized approach of understanding particular issues about myself and designing an individualised practice for me. The specific benefits I felt were the improved strength in my legs that had been always on weaker side due to the polio I had in my childhood. I paticularly felt improvement in my breath also. My breath was also very short and the Pranayama practices along with the Asanas were very helpful in improving my breath too.I am happy to continue doing Yoga on a regular basis now for continued health and strength. "
