Hi Chandan,
Hope you are doing well. It's quite evident that speaking at home in English is not possible at home. I am happy that your speaking to your friends in English. Don't get panic. I will suggest a few tips.
1. Start watching debates in English when you're at home.
2. Try to write the whole day activities done by you in English.
3. learn at least two words from the dictionary.
4. Talk to your friends over the phone for at least 15 mins regularly.
It will help you to get command over English.
