Firstly, start focussing on thinking in English rather than translating regional language, this helps learning English quickly and secondly, add new words to your brain dictionary and use them constantly. This helps to improve the range of words, thirdly, no matter where you are, try talking only in English, this helps to improve conversational English.
Speaking about stage fear best solution would be rehearsal - continuous practice will overcome fear. Work on your communication skills.
Overall learning to speak is fun. Do not take stress!!
