I am sharing my personal experience, 1) His training presentation is very good and he communicates in simple language which is understood by all. 2) He is very patient and takes care of each and every individual 3) He allocates time for clarification of doubts and clarifies them to the point 4) He Provides topic wise assignments and guide the team to complete the Assignment 5) He guides the team in fine tuning their resumes and also update them if he gets to know any Job openings "
